In this softly spoken episode we take a journey with our approved membership cards from Walgreens to explore the underground whisper community of ASMR. We start off with a murmuring disclaimer and a few gently chosen ASMR quotes to give you something to peacefully mull over while calmly sipping your coffee. After introducing a clip of the world renowned ASMR anthem “Whisper Song” (which is quietly played at every community convention on repeat) we discuss the rising and confusing issues that surround the whisper app (Hint: it’s not about whispering). Then our very own (ASMR Gallagher trained) Jill graces us with a few pleasing displays of audible wonderment with the rustling sounds of items like keys, ant hills, ten dollar bill, zippers, and a fiber one bar. We then silently end the poddy by subtly easing into our Hot Topics of popular whisper phrases like “that was a nice shit you took back there man” and “nice toes”.
